We offer carbon-neutral shipping on all orders. Standard delivery typically takes 3-7 business days within North America, with tracking provided via email.
What if my items arrive damaged?
While we pack our ceramics with extreme care, accidents can happen. If your order arrives broken, please contact our support team within 48 hours with a photo for a free replacement.
Do you offer a trial period for your dinnerware?
We want you to love your table setting. We offer a 100-day trial period where you can return your items for a full refund if they aren't the perfect fit for your home.
How do I prevent scratches on my plates?
To keep your dinnerware looking new, we recommend using non-abrasive cleaners and avoiding stacking them too forcefully. Minor surface marks from metal cutlery can be removed with a specialty ceramic cleaner.
